Simon and Terry provided an excellent service. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated and they kept me updated with progress throughout. They had to come back three times in order to finish the job. Simon took photos of the drain blockages to show me and he explained everything clearly. We are very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Rapid Repair Drain Care to anyone!

Highly recommend Simon. Myself and neighbour had drain issues for 2 years we had between us around 5 visits from other drain companies which all said there was no issue. We had yorkshire water also and they said there was no issues. Simon came the day after and found the issue in 10mins and repaired the following day. Could have saved money and alot less stress if used rapid drains first.

Can thoroughly recommend Simon after he gave such an excellent service to our blocked drain.We have had longstanding drainage problems that neither Yorkshire Water or our council have been able to identify. He sorted out our immediate flooding problem,carried out a camera inspection and gave comprehensive advice on how to proceed in the future.He arrived promptly and was polite,professional and friendly.
